All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors or on their patios or balconies.
The Riverview Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning/sanitization service (minimum charge will be $250).
